Devlog #2 Movement Begins: Walk Cycle Complete
Day 2, and progress is real.
The character no longer just stands there.
Now, they move.
I’ve finished the full
walk animation
8 directions, 1
2 frames each
(96 frames total), built to match the same fidelity and modularity as the idle set.
Like the idle, this walk isn’t just a loop. It’s weighted, grounded, alive. Every step matters because in survival, movement is never casual.
What’s Included Now:
-
Idle: 192 frames (8x24)
-
Walk: 96 frames (8x12)
-
Sprite sheets + separate directions
-
Transparent PNGs
-
Modular base, censored
Everything stacks and syncs meaning overlays like clothing, gear, and grime will remain consistent across animations.
If you’ve already picked up the pack, thank you. Your support helps me build both this character and the game it's meant for.
As always:
Built as I survive. Updated as I grow
